Cypress Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, to be located at 4910 Airline Highway in Bossier City, Louisiana will be a 142 bed, all private, skilled nursing facility with a total area of 106,000 square feet. The new, replacement home will consist of a central core which includes business offices, chapel, physical therapy gym, dietary facilities, movie theater, arts and crafts, beauty and barber shop, and laundry services.

Designed on a de-centralized nursing model, Cypress Point will feature two nursing stations, each serving three residential wings. Each residential grouping includes local living and social space, television viewing areas, and outdoor activity space. Additionally, private residential rooms include private bathing, personal coffee and refreshment area, and built-in apparel closets.
